Short answer
Not at launch. GTA 6 releases on 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S only. Rockstar hasn't announced a PC version or a date.
What Rockstar and Take-Two have said
The official GTA VI page lists only PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Take-Two's CEO has said Rockstar has historically launched on consoles first, without committing to a PC date.
So there's no official PC release window. Anything you see with a specific date is a rumour.
How long did past GTA games take?
GTA IV reached PC about 8 months after its console launch. GTA V took about 19 months. Red Dead Redemption 2 took about a year.
If GTA 6 follows that pattern, a PC version would land sometime in 2027 or later. Some reports point to early or late 2027, but nothing is confirmed.
What PC players can do now
If you want to play at launch, you'll need a PS5 or Xbox Series X|S. Check the unlock time for your country and plan your download: it's around 210 GB on PS5.
If you'll wait for PC, keep an eye on Rockstar's official channels. We'll update this page the moment a PC version is announced.
