FAQ
+What time does GTA 6 unlock?
Store data reportedly shows midnight local time on November 19 in each store region. In the US, all time zones are reported to unlock together at midnight Eastern, which is 9 PM on November 18 on the West Coast.
+Which country gets GTA 6 first?
New Zealand, because it's the first major store region to reach midnight. That's about 11:00 UTC on November 18.
+What is the New Zealand trick?
Some Xbox players change their console region to New Zealand to start earlier. It reportedly works for digital Xbox copies only; PlayStation purchases are tied to your account's country. Changing regions can affect your store and payment settings, so do it at your own risk.
+Has Rockstar confirmed these times?
No. These times come from store listings reported by gaming press. We'll update the page if Rockstar publishes official times.
